Terms and Conditions

Payment:

Payment is due at time of registration. A registration is not considered to be complete until payment is received. TNT Medical Training Services, LLC reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course if there are no completed (paid) registrations within two business days of scheduled course. We will “soft schedule” a class until either a payment is received by the initial customer requesting the scheduled date and time or until another customer books the same date and time and completes their payment, whichever happens first. We are unable to hold class dates and times for any period.

Rescheduling:

We allow one rescheduling at no cost if your request is received 3 days prior to your class. All subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a $20 rescheduling fee for each occurrence for all requests within 3 calendar days, up to a maximum of three reschedules. After the third session is not attended, your registration will be voided and you will need to register for a new class.

For rescheduling less than 3 days prior to your class, a $35 rescheduling fee will be incurred. For rescheduling the day of class, a $45 rescheduling fee will be incurred. If you choose not to reschedule, but to cancel, please refer to the refund policy.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds may be issued in full if a session is cancelled within 10 calendar days or more.
  • Refunds may be issued, minus a 15% cancellation fee, if the session is cancelled within 5 calendar days or more before the scheduled class date or time.
  • Refunds may be issued, minus a 20% cancellation fee, if the session is cancelled less than 5 days, but more than 2 days prior to the start of class.
  • Refunds may be issued, minus a 25% cancellation fee, if the session is cancelled the same day of class.
  • Refunds may be issued, minus a 50% cancellation fee, if the session is cancelled within 1 hour of class.
  • If you attend and choose not to complete the course, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • No refunds will be given for “no-shows”. In the case you miss your class date and time with no notice, the entire course fee is forfeited and you will need to register and pay for another class. Our instructors take the time to prepare and teach each class and must receive payment for their time. It is your responsibility to ensure you attend the class or have rescheduled your class timely.

Credits:

Credits may be offered and are at the discretion of the Training Center Director. These credits can be used for a future course within 60 days of the credit issue date and will follow the same rescheduling policy as mentioned above.

Tardiness or Early Dismissal:

Students are required to be present for the entirety of the course. Tardiness or leaving before the end of class are not acceptable and may result in no certification card being awarded as well as no rescheduling opportunity and refund. Tardiness or early dismissal rarely may be permitted at the instructor’s discretion, on a case by case basis, if an arrangement to complete the remainder of the course has been determined.

Class Cancellation:

In a rare occurrence of a cancellation or rescheduling of a class by TNT Medical Training Services, LCC, an option to receive a credit, reschedule, or receive a full refund within 10 business days will be offered. You will receive a notification by email if this should ever occur. If no contact is made with you to confirm you received the notification, we will call or text if you provided a phone number.
